The living rood is at a steeper pitch than the deck
so it will drain. It was also re-inforced to handle
the weight of dirt and plants. It is on the North
side and there can only be 4" of dirt, so the
selection of plants will be tricky.


The main deck (ceiling above master suite) is waterproofed.
